Hose holders come with three different mounting options. One on the bracket, one on the back of the Z motor, and one on the right or left of the X rail.
We also have the option to have your laser mounted on the Z motor bracket. **You must have our laser mount*** ( see bottom for details)
 
How it works:
       The Makita (will not work with the Makita 2.5 boot) or 80mm mount bracket gets attached with 4 screws then the hose holder attaches to that.
       For the Z mount, you will have to remove 2 screws from the motor and replace them with the 2 screws provided.
The x-rail will just screw directly into the hole.
      The holders on the Z mount and X rail have a bearing that allows them to swivel as the machine moves around. The hose holders also have clips on them to help keep the hose in place, the clips also make it possible to hold your spindle or Makita cable.

B refers to the spindle or Makita mounting spot where the bracket goes. ZM refers to the z motor mounting spot X refers to the X rail mounting spot

Hose type:
There are 3 different types of hose sizes. The 1.5 is for a dry vac hose, the 2.5 is for the clear flexible hose and the 4-inch is for the dust collection hose.
If you buy the hose parts for the 1.5-inch or 2.5 inch hose but then later chose to upgrade to the 4-inch hose, you only have to purchase the top part or the part that actually holds the hose. The hose holder parts simply attach to the rod with a screw so all you have to do is undo the screw take the old size off, put the new size on, and then reattach the screw. 
 
Laser holders:
You will need our laser mount for the laser to attach to the bracket.
If you would like the full set with the laser holder you can purchase the B and X and the ZM laser holder listing to get the full hose set with the laser holder. We do not recommend using the ZM (2 tall) with the laser holder.
