A button to switch between manual mode (controlled by VFD) and automatic mode (controlled by G-code). It can be switched between manual or automatic during a carve.

Each spindle motor is tuned to the VFD and broke in via a series of RPM tests for 2 hours.

Why are my screen numbers off?
Due to the smaller size of the screen on the VFD, there is a zero missing on the screen. So, if the screen is reading 2400 RPM, it means the spindle is actually turning at 24000 RPM.
 
Why do we only provide 1 spindle option?
We have found that 65 mm spindles are not much better than the Makita router, and there is not a significant difference between water-cooled and air-cooled spindles. Water-cooled spindles are also more complex and costly as they require cooling equipment, fluid, and a container of some sort. However, we may offer other options in the future.
